    At present, The Eagle Store offers the following products for sale:

    • ClinX 2-in-1 Detergent + Fabric Softener
    • Cleen Kitchen Towel

    8. Additional product categories may be added in the future. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product listed on this website at any time.

    3. Orders

    • No account or registration is required to place an order. Orders can be placed as a guest checkout.
    • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact number) is accurate and complete.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or issues with stock availability.

    • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
    • We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other options made available at checkout.
    • In the event of a pricing error on the website (due to a technical glitch or human error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

    • We currently deliver only within Pune city. Orders outside this service area cannot be fulfilled at this time.
    • Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
    • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.

    11. 6. Returns & Refunds

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

    • Returns are accepted only in cases of:

      • Wrong item delivered, or
      • Item received damaged
    • To be eligible for a return, you must provide clear photo and video evidence of the issue at the time of unboxing.
    • Opened products are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect verified through the evidence submitted.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval, credited back to the original payment method.
